Upon the death of any Heartland Alliance of America Member, spouse, or family members living in the Member's house, the association will refund all membership dues paid. This benefit will be paid to the estate of the Heartland Alliance of America Member.

Funds for this service are limited; dues will be refunded only as long as funds are available, and only to members in good standing.

This service is designed to help in the unfortunate event of a death of any Member, spouse, or family members living in the Member's house. Once a copy of the death certificate is received by the Heartland Alliance of America, membership dues will be waived for the next 12 months.
