Upon the death of any Heartland Alliance of America Member, spouse or family members living in Member's house, the Member (or next of kin) will be reimbursed for one year of membership dues. To be eligible, you must have been a Heartland Member in good standing for at least 12 consecutive months. This service will be paid to the estate of the Member. Funds for this service are limited; dues will be refunded only as long as funds are available.

This service is designed to help in the unfortunate event of a death of any Member, spouse or family members living in Member's house. Once a copy of the death certificate is received by the Heartland Alliance of America, Heartland will waive one year's membership dues for the family. To be eligible, you must have been a Heartland Member in good standing for at least 12 consecutive months. Funds for this service are limited; dues will be waived only as long as funds are available.

Any Heartland Alliance of America Member, spouse or family member living in Member's house called to active duty in the United States armed forces will be reimbursed for one year of membership dues. These funds are limited and are awarded only as long as funds are available.
