A Heartland Alliance of America Primary Member and spouse who expand their family by childbirth or adoption, are eligible for the $2,000 Family Expansion Program. This service is designed to cover the many non-medical expenses associated with expanding a family. To be eligible, you must have been a Heartland Member for at least 12 continuous months. Funds are limited to the Primary Member and spouse, and are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
