Any Heartland Alliance of America Member, spouse, or family members living in the member's house, who has been an active member for 12 consecutive months and has been diagnosed with a terminal illness will be reimbursed one year's membership dues.

Funds for this service are limited; dues will be reimbursed only as long as funds are available, and only to members in good standing.

(Must be an active Heartland Member for 12 consecutive months.)
