Any Heartland Alliance of America Member, spouse or family member living in Member's house who has been an active Member for 12 consecutive months and has been diagnosed with a terminal illness will be reimbursed one year’s membership dues. To be eligible, you must have been a Heartland Member in good standing for at least 12 consecutive months. Funds for this service are limited; dues will be reimbursed only as long as funds are available, and only to Members in good standing.
