Please note while you may seek care from the provider of your choice, by choosing a provider within the network you will receive a discount.

The Beech Street network has more than 3,800 hospitals nationwide. By offering you a quality network of hospitals, Beech Street will reduce your out-of-pocket expenses at the time services are rendered.

Beech Street has negotiated reimbursement arrangements with the hospitals in its network that result in significant cost savings and when you visit a discounted hospital these savings are passed on to you!

In order to enjoy the savings of the Beech Street Hospital Program, you must be enrolled in a health insurance program which does not have Preferred Provider Network access.

For Members who purchase a health insurance program with Preferred Provider Network access, please consult your insurance carrier.

Your ID Card is Important

Your Heartland Alliance of America Hospital ID card is very important. It is verification that you have access to the Beech Street Network of Hospitals, and it includes important information and phone numbers for both you and the hospital.

Always present your Heartland Hospital Only card, in addition to your Health Insurance ID card, at the time of service to ensure you receive the contracted rate.
