As a Member, you are entitled to prescription savings offered by MedImpact. These savings are available at over 45,000 participating pharmacies nationwide.

Be assured you will always pay the lowest price available to the public for your prescriptions in a participating pharmacy on a given day. Simply present your Heartland ID card (with the MedImpact logo on the back) to a participating pharmacy for immediate access to savings of 15%-60%.

Some pharmacies may already be selling maintenance medications (to treat ongoing conditions like asthma and high blood pressure) and some short-term prescriptions at the lowest price available. In these cases, the discount card price may be higher than the pharmacy's lowest price. But, you will always pay whichever price is lower!

2. When starting mail order, make sure to ask your doctor for a new prescription for the maximum day's supply allowed by your plan (e.g. 90 days with three refills).
   
3. Send the completed form, your prescription and payment to the address above. Your order should arrive in 10-14 days.

If you need to start your medicine right away, ask your doctor to write you two prescriptions - one for a smaller quantity (less than a 30-day supply) to be filled at a participating pharmacy, and one for between a 30-day and 90-day supply to be filled by AmeriPharm.
