It's So Easy!

1. Order your EN Directory and membership card.
2. Select a hotel from the directory. Directory listings are organized by city and state and include information on hotel price range, location and amenities.
3. Call the hotel directly for reservations. Reservation numbers are listed in your directory. Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance.
4. Identify yourself as an Entertainment National member and ask for reservation confirmation at your EN (50%) Rate. The EN (50%) Rate is subject to availability and is calculated from the hotel's standard, nondiscounted room rate.
5. Present your Entertainment National card at check-in to receive your EN (50%) Rate.

About Entertainment National

Entertainment National works because it serves both you and the participating hotels. You benefit from excellent lodging discounts, while the hotel benefits from a boost in occupancy. Hotels typically average about 65% occupancy except during very busy seasons and conventions. By offering you the EN (50%) Rate, they are able to fill vacant rooms.

When occupancy levels reach 85%, hotels will not offer the EN (50%) Rate because they can fill the remaining rooms with full-paying customers. However, if you make advance reservations and plan carefully, Entertainment National rooms will normally be available about 80% of the time.
